Medium Roast coffees are balanced, well rounded, slightly darker and sweeter and rarely have an oily surface. With a medium acidity and body, as well as a broad flavor profile, these coffees also preserve many of the unique flavors of the bean's origin while beginning to reach into the deep caramel sweetness of a longer roast.
